Company introduction
TOA Landscape Architecture -現地法人名 諾風景観設計諮詢(上海)有限公司- は、日本人設計者によって設立、運営される上海を拠點としたランドスケープ設計事務所です。2003年より中國での業務を開始し、クライアントへのよりスピーディーで緊密な対応を目指して2005年10月に日本獨資による現地法人を設立いたしました。弊社は商業空間?オフィス空間?都市公園や広場?ホテル、リゾート開発?居住空間?広域マスタープラン等幅広いランドスケープ業務をコンセプト立案から現場の設計監理まで行なっております。各々の土地が持つ歴史的、社會的、文化的資源や気候、地形など複雑に絡み合う條件をシンプルに解きほぐし、理解を深め、デザインに落とし込むことを心がけております。
2020年に法人設立15年となり、これまで業務は中國全土から日本やベトナムなどアジア広域に広がり、今日まで約300以上のランドスケープ及びマスタープランのプロジェクトに參與しています。
TOA Landscape Architecture is a Shanghai based Landscape design firm established by Japanese Landscape Architects, Tsutamori Shunsuke and Okawa Yoshinari in 2003 to meet the highly demands of rapid development in China.We offer full spectrum of professional services in landscape architecture , for instance, commercial complexes, hospitality, institution, urban spaces and residential projects from conceptual design to site supervising. Due to the growing tourism demands in Asia, we also specialize in luxury hotel, premier resort and tourism projects so that gain our reputation by the approval from top hotel brands clients.Our design approaches are creating the contemporary, simple and unique intergrated landscape solution that responds to the complex site conditions such as natural, historical and cultural resources, climate, topography and social problems etc.
More than 18 years’ experience in China, Japan and Southeast Asia, our projects spread across all over China and Asia region and we have practiced over 300 landscape and master planning projects.

Founder / Director
大川善成（Okawa Yoshinari)
1999年より東京やシンガポールにおいて都市計畫や都市公園、5星リゾートホテルや高級コンドミニアムのランドスケープを経験する。中國では大規模住宅開発や商業施設、高級リゾート開発など幅広くプロジェクトに參與し、概念構想から実施設計、現場段階の設計指導まで包括的に擔當する。
1999年筑波大學蕓術専門學群環境デザインコース卒業。株式會社東京ランドスケープ 研究所、Peridian Asia Pte. Ltd.（シンガポール）、ATLAS-21上海事務所勤務後を経て、2005年10月TOA Landscape Architecture 設立。2013年~2018年中國美術學院上海 設計學院都市空間デザイン系準教授（外聘）。JLAU (Japan Landscape Architects Union)及びIFLA Japan正會員。
Okawa Yoshinari is an experienced landscape architect. After graduated from University of Tsukuba major in environmental design, he worked for Tokyo Landscape Architecture Inc. in Tokyo and Peridian Asia Pte. Ltd. in Singapore thereafeter established TOA landscape architecture in 2005. He has been working as a Managing director more than 15 years in TOA and his works spreaded all over Asian countries and cities such as Tokyo, Singapore, China and Vietnam through over 20 years’ experience. He is also appointed as an associate professor at Shanghai Design School of China Academy of Art from 2013 to 2018.
蔦森俊介（Tsutamori Shunsuke)
1970年代から40年以上にわたり公園緑地、住宅団地やマンション開発、日本庭園に到るまで概念構想から実施設計段階まで幅広く設計を行う。特に自然を生かした設計手法に定評があり、北海道を中心に多くの賞を受ける。中國においては、新しい自然景観を作り出し、人と自然と都市の調和を目指す。2013年より札幌アトリエを主宰する。
1970年 函館大學商學部不動産鑑定學科卒業。株式會社北海道造園設計、蔦森ランドスケープ有限會社を経て2005年10月TOA Landscape Architecture.設立。一級造園施工管理技士。
Tsutamori Shunsuke is a more than 40 years experienced landscape architect since 70s. His rich experience and acknowledge about design and construction enable him design with wide range solution from concept to construction supervision. His nature oriented design solution gets clients’ highly satisfaction.
